JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Consultant at LeanBase, you will play a key role in driving growth by building strong client relationships and delivering our AI-powered product solutions to the market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and collaborating directly with decision-makers from Product, Operations, Growth, and C-level teams.
- Developing and managing a pipeline of prospective clients within the B2B SaaS/Tech segment.
- Delivering impactful product presentations and demos, effectively communicating value propositions, and uncovering customer needs.
- Leading negotiations, closing deals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
- Reporting on sales performance and capturing customer insights to continuously improve both sales processes and product development.
REQUIREMENT
- 1–3 years of B2B Sales experience (preferably in SaaS, software solutions, fintech, or e-commerce).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of consultative sales, with the ability to listen, uncover real customer needs, and handle objections effectively.
- Agile mindset with the ability to thrive under the fast-paced changes of a start-up environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and performance
