JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design the test case, and write the automation scripts.
  • Build automated testing tools and scripts for driving application tests.
  • Define, develop, implement, and maintain the automation test scripts.
  • Record and maintain source control of automation scripts.
  • Participate in the review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
  • Provide the testing approach, and develop the automation test strategy and testing framework for automation testing projects.
  • Collaborate with the project team to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss and agree on an automation testing approach.
  • Do manual testing when the project is needed.

REQUIREMENT

  • Have 2+ years of experience in software testing with a good QA mindset
  • Have 1+ years of experience in automation testing for web or mobile applications.
  • Experience in writing automation using any frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD,...), any programming languages such as NodeJS, JavaScript, Python…
  • Proficiency in using automation tests by scripting with any object-oriented programming language
  • Experience in working with agile/scrum methodology for at least 1 year.
  • Understand the different kinds of test automation frameworks and automated testing approaches.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to meet goals and deadlines, to learn new methods and technologies, align and improve the common way of working
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
