JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in designing user interfaces for web and/or applications based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to the entire design process from research, wireframing, prototyping, to visual design and usability testing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, marketers).
  • Participate in user interviews, and usability testing.
  • Help maintain and evolve our design system and component libraries.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices.

REQUIREMENT

  • A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UI design with clear evidence of UX thinking.
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design processes—from wireframing and prototyping to usability testing.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with working knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity mockups, UI components, icons, and other visual assets.
  • Understanding of design systems and how to apply them to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Basic grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with product and engineering teams.
  • Foundational knowledge of user research or usability testing methods.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and how to effectively hand off designs to developers.
  • Bonus: Experience creating marketing visuals, presentation decks, or social media creatives.
